A&O 함부르크 하우프트반호프에 묵었는데 솔직히 만족스럽지 않았어요. 위치가 좀 애매하고 직원들도 친절하지 않았어요. 다음엔 다른 곳으로 갈 것 같아요.

酒店位置不錯，附近有電車和地鐵站。 缺點是隔音太差了，當時和我同層有一大堆年輕人，每天晚上都在開party，或是在走廊聊天，我在房間都能清楚聽見。

Der Service ist Freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings eine "One-Man-Show", bedeutet man braucht Geduld. Warte Reihe für Check In, Warte Reihe um an der Bar einen Kaffee zu kaufen (weil gleicher Mitarbeiter wie Rezeption) und fragt man auf der Etage einen Mitarbeiter nach einem Handtuch, wird man erneut zur Rezeption geschickt. Wifi & Sauberkeit im Zimmer waren wunderbar, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche jedoch weniger (Zimmer 704, 7.Etage) und der Zugang zur Dusche nur für schlanke Menschen. Außerdem kann man Glück haben und ein ruhiges Zimmer - zum Innenhof - bekommen, oder aber ein Zimmer zum Rangier Bahnhof... Um zum Hotel vom Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen, sollte man der hoteleigenen Weg-Beschreibung folgen. Die Abkürzung führt durch ein Gebiet voller Drogen Abhängiger! Insgesamt also ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, wenn man über Kleinigkeiten hinweg sieht.

We didn't have any issues with booking our flight, but unfortunately, the hotel experience was very disappointing. The assistant front desk manager who helped us when we arrived was quite rude. We ended up waiting in line for over two hours, with many other guests behind us. While waiting might not seem like a big deal, the assistant manager's unfriendly attitude made it feel much worse. It seemed like they didn’t know how to provide good customer service or communicate well. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
