酒店很新，房間挺大的，房間很乾凈，洗手間乾濕分區，就是離市中心稍微遠一點，不過可以地鐵直達，很方便，推薦一下。

酒店位置好，近機場。酒店服務也不錯，而且交通方便，去那都方便，附近有吃的，有買日用品的，只是房間好像比網上說明的要小。

Do not recommend this hotel, this hotel is very stubborn and unkind, I booked in May to stay in June. However, later on, my travel visa was refused, which made it impossible for me to travel and check in. I applied for refund and cancellation with the hotel twice together with the 訂房網站 customer service, and provided the visa refusal certificate presented by the embassy. I admit that my inability to check in is my default first, and I can accept the policy of deducting liquidated damages. However, the hotel once voted not to refund the cancellation. When I applied for the cancellation, there was still one month before my check-in time, and I thought that even if it was canceled, it would not cause any loss to the hotel. So I think this hotel is very stuffy and unhumane, even if you have any problems, you will not get a good solution

Everything was great. Loved the hotel would definitely stay there again. Perhaps the location is not ideal for everyone (20 minutes by public transport to the station), but we didn't mind, as it also cut the transport to the airport in half.

The breakfast is great. Opposite the hotel is Lido grocery you can also find a number of restaurant even sushi Asian cuisine nearby. However the winter in Hamburg is freezing. Around 10mins walk to the subway station which is pretty good enough
