The room, though aged and clean, lacked everything. No Wi-Fi, no phone, not even a bottle of water. Seeking assistance meant a perpetual descent downstairs, a frustration I endured each time. Upon check-in, I immediately informed a staff member about the Wi-Fi issue, emphasizing an essential morning meeting the next day. While assurances were given, the following morning, during the crucial meeting, no resolution was in sight. Another receptionist responded with a baffling attitude, questioning why I bothered with such "trivial" matters. This experience has not only soured my stay but also tainted my perception of hospitality in Germany. Even in a hotel of this caliber, falsely claiming Wi-Fi availability for any room is unacceptable. I strongly believe that for such misinformation, an apology and compensation are obligatory. Continual complaints did earn me a one-day free breakfast, but thereafter, the staff indulged in derogatory remarks in German behind my back. Initially a Wi-Fi issue, the staff's attitude tainted my first impression of Germany. The service at this hotel is genuinely abysmal, making it a place I'd never want to revisit.

ich habe noch nie ein so schlechtes Frühstück für so viel Geld erlebt....... ein verstopftes WC, eine Dusche in der das Wasser nicht ab lief.... am letzten Tag ist die Beleuchtung am Bett ausgefallen.......... außerdem, gab es nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser, bei 30grad Außentemperatur....
