總的來説還可以，不過這個遊輪的行程不是在下龍灣，而是在海防省的蘭花灣。從集合地點上快艇，半個小時以後才能到達真正的遊輪。項目主要包括劃槳板，還參觀了一個防空洞醫院，其他的都是在船上的項目，例如做春捲，釣魷魚等。餐食還可以種類挺豐富，味道過得去。餐具衞生需要提高很多餐具感覺清潔不是很乾凈。

Мы побывали в бухте Халонг совместно с компанией AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE .Это были самые незабываемые дни! Сразу заметна работа профессионалов. Особо хочется выделить менеджера Lee. Всегда готов помочь решить любой вопрос,а какие он готовит роллы на мастер классах! Отличная, слаженнна работа команды теплохода и отдельный респект работникам ресторана и Шеф повару . Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза! Рекомендуем на все 200%! Тур на 3 дня с AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE нельзя пропустить!

Hard to communicate in English-they could work on this. Pickup & drop off service is not very accommodating. Boat is looking a little tired. Great experience though. The bay was awesome.

Relaxing cruise experience in quieter location. Overall is wonderful experience but take note of their location..its my 2nd time at halong bay overnight cruise. They are not cruising at the main attractions area , so its definitely not as beautiful and scenic .Which also means not as crowded and busy with other cruise boats. Boat is slightly old but still in good condition and clean. Ruby and especially andre the team is friendly and always smiling and attentive. Food options are plenty and really yummy. The dining room ambiance is simple and decorated differently for every meal. Sightseeing option is minimal so great for who wants to relax and for families with children. Our room was well decorated for our anniversary and the team sing a song and give performance which was a surprise.

Careful when booking with children as they count year of birth and not months. I keyed in all their ages correctly here on the app but problem upon check in, February now and my November kids who turned 11yrs old 3months ago are being forced to be 12 and now will be charged as adults. Forcing you to pay more or lose it all as nonrefundable booking. The food is mediocre, spat the shellfish as it wasnt cleaned, informed the kitchen who told me its normal. Not normal to have sand and feces in a restaurant setting. The grouper is old (days maybe). No service water served in buffets (breakfasg, lunch, dinner). They will not serve you service water but you can drink the one from the room and refill it with lower deck dispenser. Considering they charge in USD, at least choose staff that can speak english. We gave a full order to a staff who turned away like we’re nothing to be replaced with someone who took our order again. Our rate is about 1,000 USD for 2 adults and 4 children, just 1night so fresh, good food should be mandatory. Halong cruise is magical and view is really nice from the cabins. Perhaps a different cruise tour will give a better experience.
