河內來回接送的部分比較麻煩沒有含在房費裡面，單人來回就要35美金小貴。島上行程的部分比較趕一點但服務人員都很有禮貌，沒有點飲料也不會有壓力，但還是可以點一下算給服務人員的小費。郵輪說依照政府的政策現在不可以帶寶特瓶船，傳這點要注意一下。房間裡面會依照人數給水。

Drinks are not included in the meal and are sold separately. Drinks are too expensive. Even the basic drinks are 5 to 6 times more expensive than the price sold in the store. The head waiter seemed to be the type of person who makes people feel very uncomfortable. He would constantly come and ask if I wanted to buy a drink. If I didn't order a drink, he would look at me very unpleasantly. Then when I entered my room, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. So I called one of the employees to get that and he managed smoothly. I ordered 2 cocktails for dinner, but they were the worst cocktails I had in Vietnam. And all the foods are decent. The activities were fun, including boating, kayaking, and caving. The guide was very friendly and fun. He took pictures of everyone and gave everyone a photo at the end of the tour.

The cruise was excellent. We loved our 訂房網站le room with a balcony. The beddings were very soft and immaculately clean and smelled good. Our tour guide Mr. Lam is very attentive to all the guests' needs. He is an all-around guy from reception, waiter, tour guide, and assistant cruise manager. His English is good, very informative and funny, too. He took great pictures of all thd guests in the most iconic spots. Very highly recommended.

Everything was awesome. We got an upgrade for our two rooms to suite which is really appreciated. Staff and cruise manager (Tommy) were both very helpful and cooperation. The food was really delicious. In our special request, we received a vegetarian and jain menu . We will definitely book again for more than a day with them. Thanks v much for your kind support and complimentary gifts . Much appreciated.

I was quite disappointed with my recent cruise experience. The food was mediocre and didn’t live up to the standard I expected. The service overall was lacking—staff weren’t particularly attentive or professional. I also booked a massage onboard, which was extremely underwhelming. While the price was not cheap, the technique and overall experience didn’t come close to what I’m used to from professional services elsewhere, especially in Hanoi. It felt more like a checkbox service than a genuine effort to help guests relax. To make matters worse, the staff member who took us to Ti Top Island handled our concerns poorly and did not respond in a professional manner. Overall, this cruise failed to deliver on multiple fronts.
