Hotel is centrally located which is all it has going for it. It’s old and in desperate need of some updates. The pool seemed murky, tiles were broken around the pool, sauna didn’t work in either change room. The worst part was that one of the beds on our room smelled like urine. We called the front desk but couldn’t be moved as the hotel was booked. They brought fresh sheets and sprayed the bed, but you could still smell it. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. For the price you’d be better off staying somewhere else. We stayed in motels that were cleaner than this room.

Very nice hotel, excellent service. Only problem we had was room cleaning was very late in the day. Ours would not have been finished until after 5. We asked and they did do it earlier .other than that is was an  excellent stay.

Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Room services only happens every 4th day or so, if you're concerned about daily service (I'm not). Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Glad to see the bottle filler downstairs. Parking was a bit confusing, but that probably is normal with downtown locations. Only real criticism is that the water wasn't always hot. One day it was fine, the next day it barely reached lukewarm.

Clean, but just a little dingey from age. Surprisingly quiet, location can't be beat. Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly. Didnt have a chance to use any of the facilities. Overall a perfectly good 3 star hotel!

Bit dated but the price and location couldn’t be beat. The staff are friendly and everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the price of parking (over $50 for two nights) and the long walk to get to the parking garage

I stayed for three nights and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better spot. The hotel is right in the centre of everything—restaurants, shops, and even the port are all just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy. The place itself has this lovely, old-school charm. My room was really quiet and the bed was higher than I’m used to, but surprisingly comfortable, I slept like a log every night. The bathroom was huge, which I definitely appreciated.

地點很好就在市中心，酒店總體裝修偏舊，房間因為窗戶打不開，房間裡有一點味道。衞生還不錯，辦理入住也很方便，因為當天到的較早提前幫我們辦理入住，感謝！

Clean and quiet hotel room with gym and swimming pool. Stay two night here but We don’t have warm water when take a shower at one night. Don’t know why.

房間環境安靜，服務熱情，尤其是前台接待有個中國同胞可以中文服務，這點讓我們這種不懂英語的人感覺很輕鬆，舒服。唯一一點就是我們住了 4 晚，還是在我們的要求下，才進行了一次客房衞生服務。
