Over all the place is ok, we didn’t get any memorable experience. The disappointment part was the not clear communication between their own web side and the service offered. Web show free shuttle from hakuba station to the location. When you arrive they told you “no we do not provide it” and we leave same story, when i show their web page in 訂房網站.com suddenly they act like don t understand and  not solution… in the evening they come back with a paper that the transportation can do but need the be extra charge… very disappointing. Other structures offer this services, me in the past year always had and my friends had the same this year in nearby hotel. I don t mind to be charged but it Important that communication is clear and consistent. It could be affected the guests experience. Thank you
