I made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at 訂房網站 contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund.
