雖然地址距離箱根湯泉之類的大站有點遠，但是坐巴士半小時下車就是，交通還是很方便的。酒店服務非常好，前台都很親切。溫泉很舒服，整體非常好

Hotel bello con camere in stile Giapponese tradizionale ( con tanto di tatami e salottino ) , pulitissimo con 2 zone termali di cui 1 privata da poter utilizzare per 45 minuti . Non è esattamente nel centro del paese ( se tale si può definire ) ma molti di questi alberghi si trovano disloccati un pochino fuori , ma la fermata dell'autobus vi lascia lì difronte e comunque 4 passi non guastano . Personale come sempre molto gentile .

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Hakone bus stopping right in front of the hotel. It is a small and charming Japanese ryokan. The property is not new, but it is very well maintained, like most Japanese hotels. The onsen experience was very good. The three private onsens are outdoor, while the public onsen is indoor. I personally liked the public one more because the water was warmer and the indoor area felt very airy and comfortable. The best part was definitely the breakfast and dinner — both were absolutely delicious! We informed the hotel at the last minute that our group does not eat beef, and the chef really tried to accommodate us, which we appreciated very much. I’ve stayed at other ryokans with meal plans before, and I would say this one is very good. You won’t regret choosing the meal option here.
