This is one one of the best Ryokan I’ve stayed at in Japan! The customer service is superb, you can message them on 訂房網站 about any questions and they reply almost right away. The room was so clean and smell so nice (some Ryokans have a damp smell if not cleaned properly). However this Ryokan was extremely clean! The private osen booking system works really well as you get to choose 3 different types of osen and able to enjoy it privately with your loved ones. It is definitely worth the money spent because you will get a great experience there. Only down side is the location, it is a bit far from Gora station.

環境清幽，從強羅走過去12分鐘，很多上坡，沒有行李的話建議步行，很美。房間大。泡湯最高選擇有內外兩個的，比較乾淨。服務很好，懷石料理可以嘗試。不吃的孩子點小童餐，芝士心牛肉餅+炙烤三文魚，送了芝士蛋糕。非常愉快的居住體驗，性價比高。

This Ryokan is an absolute gem. It’s small and has only limited rooms which makes it perfekt for a quiet stay. Dinner and breakfast were filling and tasty - I’d always recommend the Japanese dinner/breakfast. It’s my third time in Hakone and I’ve been in big ryokans so far - this one felt way more homely. For the three Onsen you can make a reservation and book those privately for 50 min. I’ll definitely come back on my next 訂房網站 - also because of the staff :-)

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

Middle of nowhere. If you wanted to walk its thru the woods up some steep ass stairs. No bathroom in the room.

Неплохой рекан. Кайсеки на вечер супер! 10 перемен блюд, а вот японский завтрак совсем не понравился, берите европейский. Онсены можно забронировать только под себя на определенное время на 1 час вечером и 1 час утром, но нужно доплатить 150 иен с человека. Территориально отель на отшибе от станции рельсовой дороги пешком минут 15 точно, но благо не в горку. Ещё рядом останавливается один маршрут автобуса но ходит редко. Надо подгадывать расписание

Очень понравился рёкан. Очень красивые и чистые приватные онсены - два внутри помещения, одно снаружи Потрясающие кайсеки (ужин и завтрак) - невероятные закуски и большая порция мяса для самостоятельного поджаривания Очень вежливый персонал Рёкан традиционный, здание старое, ремонт немного устал, но пусть это вас не останавливает: есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха и погружения в банную культуру

Hermoso hotel con estilo Ryokan. Tuvimos una habitación súper amplia estilo japonés, totalmente decorada y preparada como una casa japonesa tradicional. Totalmente limpia. De buen nivel. Nos proveyeron de todas las amenities y te y café. El hotel cuenta con sector de spa y hoy springs que se reservan para uso privado brindando una hermosa y verdadera experiencia de los baños japoneses
