We had our second stay at Hakone Ginyu and it was just as magical as the first. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and relaxing private onsen, everything was flawless. The staff remembered us and made us feel truly welcomed, and every detail of the experience was perfection. Already looking forward to our third visit!

非常滿意的一個溫泉酒店。酒店提前來電詢問是否有忌口或者過敏？此次旅行是否有特殊意義？我説是慶生旅行。沒想到真的特地為我準備了慶生環節，老闆娘還送上小禮物。非常感謝🙏食物美味，服務貼心！

非常滿意並且超出期待值，安排的是三樓的遊星，房間維護的很好，陽台上櫻花樹正好盛開，很美很靜謐，房間的女將也很溫柔細心，希望下次能夠訂上一樓的房間～

This place is incredibly close to a train station that runs regularly so you can get there on foot with public transit; they also have bag forwarding services that are quite reasonable. The food is absolutely incredible, the views match the pictures, and I have zero regrets going to this property. They do ask a lot of questions with possible upgrades when you arrive but that was the end of it. My biggest regret was only staying one night. I'm still thinking about that breakfast.

Definitely one of the best Ryokan ever stayed. Very accommodative and special requests were granted. Super duper nice staffs. Definitely coming back in the future

箱由於房間數量有限（共有 20 個房間）根吟遊號稱是箱根最難定的酒店之一，這次也是偶然刷到預訂成功，算是意外的驚喜。實際的體驗也的確符合預期，房間內的私湯很棒，面對不遠處的山谷泡湯♨️的確是非常美妙的體驗。酒店提供的早餐和晚餐也都非常棒，隆重推薦🌹

酒店確實有些舊了但維護的還算可以，房間比較寬敞，餐食比較滿意，服務也不錯，就是安排的房間臨近電梯，有噪音，訂房網站溝通後給予瞭解決！總體滿意
