素泊まりプランで利用させていただきました。 ホテルの方の対応も親切丁寧でしたし、お部屋もキレイでした。 溫泉は１階の浴場は露天、サウナがありましたがスーパー銭湯感があり溫泉の雰囲気はイマイチでした。７階の浴場は內風呂だけでしたが夜景もよく、こちらの方が好みでした。夜明けの雰囲気もよかったです。 ただ10月だからで時期的なのか、お部屋の冷房を入れることができずお風呂上がりの身體には少しお部屋が暑かったです。(暖房、送風は可) ロケーションも路面電車の駅から徒歩1ー2分と近く、コンビニも徒歩5分くらいのところにあり快適でした。 また利用させていただきたいなと思いました。

여행 직전에 예약을 하는 바람에 어떤 방 옵션이 있는지 모르고 남은 방으로 비싸게 예약해서 걱정했으나, 실망스럽지 않은 하룻밤이였습니다 모두가 친절하고 방도 쾌적하였고 오래된 건물 치고 관리가 잘 된 느낌을 받았습니다

조식포함프랜으로 이용했습니다.렌트카 이용해서 위치는 고려하지않았지만 노면전차로도 가능합니다. 온천도 너무 훌륭하고, 조식이 매우 좋습니다. 가성비 좋은 온천호텔입니다.

Located right next to the team stop, this hotel is a gem with 2 onsen areas located on Levels 1 and 7 of the property. Service by staff was great. There is a good variety of food for breakfast with some ingredients to make your own seafood bowl. If there was bigger changes to the breakfast menu over different days, it would have been perfect.

Very nice hotel with free snacks everday. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and can speak very well English. No issue to communicate. Too bad not able to book private onsen during booking. Will definitely book again if im going to Hokodate again.

The positive aspect: front counter staff can speak English. At least most of them. Service is excellent. They have 4 bath areas. 2 for men and 2 for women. 2 at ground floor and 2 at seven floor. Parking is available just beside he hotel. There is a Lawson’s convenient store nearby. The onsens available are fantastic. They even have outdoor pools. The negative aspect: it is a fifteen minutes drive to the town centre, Kamenori or fish market. The corridor is stinky. Smell of food. They should separate the food collection area from the hotel rooms.

Staff in the restaurant are excellent. Speak good English and is very friendly and willing to help and serve at all times. We forgot the breakfast time ends at 9am and we only started 8.30am. The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need. The onsen is nice and in traditional Japanese style. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come again.

My only regret is not booking the room for more days! ❤️ Pros: very close to the tram station; the room with the open air bath is spacious, clean, and sooo lovely; the public bath was clean; the staff were very nice, shoutout to Julie for explaining everything to us; the breakfast was good; i loved the little things: the charming yukatas, the snacks, the loose leaf tea, a lot of thought was put into it Cons: idk. only because im nitpicking but the hotel’s a bit old which adds to the whole vibe of the room we stayed in. 100/10… definitely coming back and seeing all the Hakodate spots we missed because of our short stay and staying here again
