Goro酒店 (Hotel Goro)

很標準的日式酒店，使用鑰匙開門，房間偏小但我一個人空間足夠，幸運被安排在單邊房有街景窗戶，電視只有迷你16寸螢幕，並只能收看本地有線電視台，沒有提供HDMI線。廁所也是非常標準的日式酒店風格，用盡每一寸空間。酒店不設電台，最少需行一層樓梯。從JR五稜郭站步行約10分鐘，沿途為露天路段下雨需帶雨傘。前往五稜郭公園需坐計程車約6分鐘。不酒店門外有巴士站往函館站，不過班次非常疏落。總括來說性價比還好。

距離車站10分鐘左右，交通還可以 去五菱郭公園就要走半小時 但車站有自動單車可以借。

櫃檯人員非常的客氣，可以提早寄放心喔，房間也非常乾淨，這個家庭很可以，除了離今天有點遠，其他沒什麼問題，附近也有超市

寢泊まりするだけなら申し分ないです。

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. I didn’t expect top-tier facilities or a prime location given its low price, but the blatant deception and dishonesty are simply unforgivable. I rarely leave reviews as I’m quite laid-back, yet nearly two months later, I still get furious every time I think about this incident. The overcharge was only 400 yen, but what upset me most was the hotel staff’s blatant lies. I booked the room for one adult, clearly selecting a single guest on my reservation form. Upon arrival, the hotel forced me to pay an extra 400 yen in tax. After returning home, I checked the standard tax rate for budget hotels in the area, which should only range from 100 to 200 yen. I filed a complaint through the booking platform afterwards, but it offered zero assistance or oversight. Its support team merely parroted the hotel’s false excuses—first claiming I must have checked in with a second guest, then suggesting I arrived by car. The platform acted as nothing more than a messenger relaying the hotel’s untrue statements without standing up for customers. This experience left me extremely disappointed. First and foremost, do not book a stay at this hotel; they fabricate ridiculous lies just to pocket an extra 200 yen. Secondly, think twice before booking accommodation via this Trip platform. Its customer service and user protection policies fall far behind many competing booking platforms

ホテルスタッフの対応は非常によかった。 ホテルへの到著時間がチェックイン最終時間の22時ギリギリとなりホテルに連絡を入れようとしたが 電話番號が公表されておらず困った。 チェックアウト時、次回利用のためホテルのパンフレットをもらおうとしたがパンフレットは用意していない との事であった。 函館行く事があればまた利用したいと思います。 以上
