The hotel itself is fantastic. Great rooms. Excellent view and amenities. However, be warned. We booked a room which was advertised as having two king beds and a balcony given we had three people. Upon arrival reception tried to charge us for the 3rd person, after showing them that the booking states you could 4 people in the room, they backed off. Once getting to the room we realised there was only one king bed and no balcony. Back we went to reception, asking them what was going on as we hadn't received the room we had paid for. After some discussion it became clear to us that the communication between the hotel and 訂房網站.com was lacking and that the advertised room didn't exist in the hotel . The room also seemed to be owned by a third party owner who we were never in contact with. When we called reception for more towels, toilet paper or room service, our calls were answered with "you need to speak to the owner of the room". When asked who they were, they couldn't point us in the right direction. It made things quite frustrating especially when some of our party was sick and needed extra assistance.

Our group was quite pleased with our choice of this resort for our 訂房網站. The rooms were clean, tidy, and airy, ensuring everyone felt comfortable. The layout was well-planned, creating a spacious and open living area. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist whenever we needed information. Another advantage was the convenient location, with plenty of nearby attractions and entertainment spots suitable for a group of friends. Overall, the resort met our needs perfectly and helped make our 訂房網站 even more enjoyable.

I was quite pleased with the quality of the room here. It was clean and airy, with everything neatly arranged, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The interior was modern and the layout well-planned, making it comfortable to move around and settle in. What I appreciated most was the wardrobe, which had plenty of hangers—very useful since I had brought a lot of clothes for the 訂房網站. I could hang different types of garments separately instead of having to stack them or leave them scattered around the room. It was a small detail, but one that showed thoughtfulness. Overall, my stay was excellent and very pleasant.
