Had a underwhelming experience here. Air con was broken for the first night so was hotter inside the room than outside, notified the staff on the first day but still had to sleep in it, didn’t get any sort of compensation apology even though we all had bad sleeps. The restaurant have lots of options but only actually cook very few of them and when our meals came out we were told they couldn’t make one so then had to wait even longer for all of our meals. Was told the boat tour would be around 570k, on checkout was charged 830k for the tour. Only really redeeming factor of this hotel is a nice view and friendly staff

Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.
