Reception was neither rude or pleasant. Rooms are linked by doors so could clearly hear other guests. Staying here previously I think we were given one of the worst rooms.

We received an SMS to do self check in, which was easy and convenient. The room was good. The fridge was a decent size and nice and cold. There was a microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery in the room, which was really handy. The shower was great with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The TV had Netflix and Disney, which was a bonus. There were a few dead ants on the single bed, but nothing major and nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews suggested. Overall, we were comfortable and I would stay here again.

Location is excellent, center of Hahndrof, back of Hahndrof Inn. However, the room cleaniness need to improve, some rubbish underneath the beds.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. There were ants crawling on the bed, all kinds of insects on the floor, and there was no hot water in the morning.
