Wir waren am Wochenende dort und ich habe online 3 Erwachsene angegeben und auch gebucht. Es wurde als Familienzimmer angezeigt. Jedoch als ich dort ankam, war es ein großes Zimmer mit nur einem kingsize bed. Für 3 Erwachsene Personen definitiv zu klein. Und die Verbindungstür war geschlossen. Keine Pantoffel oder Bademantel. Auch hatten wir nur 2 große Handtücher im Bad. Von einem Hilton hatte ich mehr erwartet. Lage ist top Parken kann man direkt unten darunter. Allerdings sollte man sich das Parkticket online buchen. Das kostet dann nur 29,70€ für 24h.

Het aangeboden voedsel was prima,,mooi aardewerk . de acoustic van/in de diner-zaal was niet optimaal, de kamer had een paar minpuntjes; 1) de badkamerbetegeling van natuursteen was nogal scherp op de uitwendige hoeken. de douchevloer was zeer vlak en risicovol er ontbraken daar ook wandgrepen die wat meer zekerheid zouden kunnen geven, indien nodig. gr. b.

Disappointing Stay in the Corner Suite Booked the Corner Suite with Club Lounge access—expected comfort and style, but left disappointed. Room was large but dark and poorly furnished: just one chair in the sitting area, no minibar, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The beds were terrible—mattresses felt ancient, likely 15+ years old. Bathroom counters oddly high, clearly not designed with practicality in mind. As for the Club Lounge? Walked in and walked straight out. A joke, not worth mentioning. Definitely not worth the price.

The amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

地理位置挺方便，離和平宮，Mauritshuis博物館，都是走路就可以到的距離。早餐酒店也可以吃，但是非常推薦去旁邊的single estate 咖啡廳吃，非常有特色的各種卷
