The room was very smelly due to some water seepage on the ceiling of the room. Need to repair or reconstruct all the rooms in the hotel

Rooms, cleanness was awesome. But i ordered tea two time no one came to deliver even i was ready to pay. Seriously i was too much disappointed with this type of service.

Improvement require in hotel rooms as rain water comes inside the room, bathrooms choked with water on the floor, no kitchen and food available for guest, service is also not upto the mark, no medical emergency medicines, towels and bedsheets are dirty

It's my bad experienced to stayed at gamora hotel there was a not clean floor properly, drainage choked, not getting proper water pressure in shower and tap, wash basin or even flush too
