    Location is good. Rooms are small, food is average. staff is cooperative. Plenty of shops and mall near hotel . Decent hotel , good location, average food. Staff cooperative. Nice shops , restaurants and mall near hotel

    The location is at a prime centre . Cleanliness is poor. I booked a corporate room for 3 guests. Rooms are congested. Bed sheets seemed unchanged. Only 1 towel and 1 dental kit provided for 3 guests. Hygiene is poor. As we were staying only for the night and extremely tired we did not complain. Staff is good.

    Hotel is centrally located in GS road with convenience to most of the shopping malls in the vicinity. The place is ideal for business and leisure. Food served here is delicious and with many options in the buffet breakfast, one can enjoy the stay here without any doubt, the persons in the reception is very courteous and indeed very helpful. Stay in the property is excellent and recommended for others to come and experience the wonderful ambience.

    U got the hotel booked as it was showing breakfast included first but as soon as u proceeded on booking it increased the price and sis not include breakfast as i was booking in hurry i booked under the earlier assumption. I ended up paying 4400 per day for my single occupancy room without breakfast, while people booked through hotel directly that too after me booked in 4000 including breakfast. Apart from that the booked room was dirty and no iron, no newspaper etc as promised in mmt. Bookinv through mmt costed me a lot.

    Basically the front desk staff was very rude and his behaviour was very disrespectful towards me, he denied to provide me hotel bill. All in it was a very bad experience at this property, not going to visit again at this place

    Location is good. Breakfast is very limited and not quality. Room is small and poorly lit. Bathroom taps leaking, toilet old and stained. Old room with improper maintenance.
