    The room allotted to me has ample ventilation and clean other things like hot water and air condition are fine only thing which disappointed me is food quality is not that great no issues of check in check out.

    Very neat and clean hotel. Staff behaviour is good and helpful. The washroom and room have adequate space. Only problem is the restaurant with room service. When you ask for your breakfast in the room. They ask you to come to the restaurant instead. Managers should look into this matter as the restaurant workers are not honest. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and yes late night check in is there. The hotel is at a walking distance to the ASTC bus stand and the backside of the railway station

    The hotel location is very good, about 500 m from Train station and ASTC bus stand. Local city bus stand is very close, bus, auto, taxi readily available at that place. Hospitality is also very good and staff behaviour satisfactory

    The booking was for three adult but the bed and room was very small, i had to up grade with additional amount at the hotel, in deluxe room even drinking water was not provided as complementary.

    Shabby rooms. Water geyser is not working. Dirty spots on bedcover. Overall very bad experience.

    Very callous attitude & absolutely no regards for guests tried to contact hotel nos. As shown in mm t voucher several times but none picked up even the mobile no given in the name of l m singh was not responsive arrived very late around 10-30 pm & was allotted a room where tv was not working while asking to attend, the answer was" u have come so late so nothing can be done" however on insisting to change room they finally did which took almost an hour in d breakfast while asking for toast, they said those who take puri bhajee, is not given toast. Breakfast was very poor, dinner was awfully spicy location was however good would advise think twice before putting this hotel in your portal i am having repeated bad experience while booking through mm t even last july in puri i had a horrible stay at la platina
