It was the worst hotel experience for my elderly parents. The room and bathroom was extremely dirty and unkept. The whole place was stinking. Please avoid staying at this hotel.

bedsheet mai itna Sara hole tha and washroom ka light bhi tik nai tha . all over my experience is poor. not satisfied with the room.

Hopeless food . No fan. No daily cleaning service, refrigerator not working, no complimentary breakfast or snacks

The staff are absolutely miserable. They have done mistake during billing also, mentioned wrong Gst number of my company and they did not revised also after requesting so many times. It is absolutely a rubish hotel to stay. I stayed for first time and that was my last time too. I suggest to all not to stay at this hotel

Location wise this hotel is good. Food quality is good. Overall ambience ( other than room) is good. But room has to be more updated). Windows are too much dirty. Toilet was not clean / not up to the mark. Overall rating is 3 out of 5

Location is good for business 訂房網站 as hotel located next to Guwahati railway station, but for families there are other options also available. Hotel is clean but inside room, you have to ask for everything. Not good for frequent travellers. Inhouse restaurant available & food quality is good as compares to the other nearby available options.
