I booked room with food but food was like hospital not the hotel and it was expensive with no quality and taste. Although staff and other amenities are goods but they should improve the quality of food.

Water runs out often and the rooms are not so tidy but there’s privacy and secure room

4/5 staff friendly 3/5 room 4/5 location staff was so friendly and good behavior, i just asked for my room bill because of some my refund issues with mmt, unfortunately he not sending me any bill till date and my refund periods also over now thanks.

Property was fine but there were terrible service for the hospitality. Towels was too old like it was been using since last 5years. when i asked for to change my towel they didn’t provide me even there were no glass provided for drinking water i asked for these three times still they didn’t provide me. At last i went and i bring it from the kichen. There were no iron, coffee/tea ingredients no freeze. AC was not cooling. Tv remote battery was damage not able to switch tv for entertainment. I had added breakfast while booking it was mention buffet system for breakfast. when i reached they simply provided on a plate that is two poori and sabji that was not enough at all. when i asked for boil egg they only given one when i asked for bring some more they asked for extra money since i had already paid for the breakfast. It was very terrible experience for me. They didn’t know how to give hospitality to the customer. I had stayed for two days fully terrible experience.

Basic amenities are not there like lift. It was mentioned premium city view rooms but rooms are very normal. Normal things like water kettle is available but for tea, sugar sachet you have to request. Glass is also not available. Renovation work going on so foods are also not available of the choice.

Nice place behavior of staff is good but the lane line is very annoying and the overall plce hygiene is good

The hotel was nice. And we enjoyed our stay. We could have appreciated a bit more cleanliness. Rest was good

Staff are very polite, we stayed for medical reasons and staff were highly cooperative for any needs Reception and all the staff are very helpful
