the property is good but the service is terrible. the staff was literally taking 45 minutes to deliver ketchup. the food was decent but the slow service made things terrible. on top of it every time I complained I was told that this is due to staff shortages. a downright disgusting experience that marred a family 訂房網站.

This is a not a 4 star property by any means its rather a budget 2 or 3 star property. The only thing decent is the room size and the cleanliness. Everything else is below expectations or simply nom existent. For starters : reception called me every day saying that my check out date has arrived when I was booked for longer - simply ignorant or untrained. The hotel literature states 24/7 dining and room service while they said their kitchen is closed at 9 pm. Minibar is empty so considering the area shuts down at 9 and there is no room service you need to starve it out. Toiletries are pathetic one tiny bottle each of shampoo and soap that they don’t replenish. No bathroom slippers. No safe. The bar is like a medieval cave. NOBODY smiles or acknowledges a please or thank you- raw untrained staff. The super limited dining menu has even limited items to order.

The hotel is mismanaged. Totally new team with no proper experience or exposure. The property does not have a general manager. Tremendous ego fight with the department heads. Service is the sufferer. Room size is too small and they squeeze 3 persons and extract extra money. Breakfast is also horrible.

I find the property location from make my 訂房網站. But the breakfast and food service provided at their resturant is very poor. Traffic problem in that area is very bad.
