I could not get the gst invoice copy for stay in hotel in guwahati at hotel ambarish. Pols arrange the same urgently.

Poor hospitality, all given number are switch-off or not reachable. They don't know how to treat senior citizens. Staff don't know hindi, english. They only talk in native language assamese. Not supportive

This is my worse experience ever so far. 1 the room lock was broken unable to locked whenever i have to go out i have to go to the counter and ask them to locked the room. 2 landline phone was not working not even connected to the land. 3 bed sheet is so sorry. 4 room is dusty 5 i feel so lost because of the room condition, no towel was provided. 6 i went to reception counter to order food from 8: 51 pm and i received it till 10: 22pm. Over all service is bad compared to the price that i have paid and to the previous hotel.

Hotel ambarish very bad service. I stay room no 208. Bathroom is very bad hand flash are not working, intercom are not working. Room are very old. Not manta-in poperly.

Disaster, very poor service in every aspect. They even charge for drinking water, dirty room, we even found cockroaches crawling around. Breakfast quality also very poor.

Absolute trash, the rooms were tiny and damp with dirty bed sheets and blankets. The bathrooms were barely usable with some taps not working at all. And they actually asked for an extra 500 saying the price i paid through make my 訂房網站 was too cheap lol.

We have stayed there a number of times previously. But, the services of this hotel need to improve with time. There was no mineral water bottle provided in the room. We had to ask them for water. The door lock safety was the biggest issue. The door jams for locking from the outside, to which the staff mentioned it does get jammed sometimes. I mean ‘seriously’? on top of that, for a 3500 inr room, the basin water in the bathroom had a high level of iron water. That’s not the end of all of it. In the morning, while they provided breakfast, they didn’t offer any tea or beverages. We had to go down to the canteen and ask separately. To which the staff stated that we had to ask if we required any beverages. Seriously, i just have this feedback for the hotel management. Please, it’s high time to improve and renovate all your facilities and services. Otherwise, you will definitely be losing customers!
