Hotel’s MAP plan continues to cheat the people. They don’t serve properly to people who book MAP plan No flexibility at all for check out time. Even after staying for 5 days in hotel, not 5 minutes were extended on Friday afternoon.

your booking Room then you write Provide Mineral water but no supply of mineral water.I purchase mineral water daily basis.This is not good to primium customer in your site

Hotel rooms are good , staffs are supportive, breakfast food were really excellent. location is extremely good , close to GS road .

Property location was quite far from nearby attraction. Only positive was that the Squash stadium was just next to the hotel where we had to visit everyday. There is not market area nearby to purchase any handy requirement. Food of the hotel was good. Services very poor. It seemed the hotel had staffs in limited number. Ordering Food from my room was a challenge.

Looking at the price, I thought I was going to get a very average hotel but the service, ambience, cleanliness of the hotel were surprising. I infact booked 2 different stays before and after coming to Shillong at this hotel cause I couldn't trust any other. I was having trouble getting Laundry service all over Guwahati and Shillong and they provided that too. Fun fact, even my uber driver was enquiring me about the prices for the hotel cause it looked attractive to him from the outside.
