The stay was quite good. But the food provided was not good. It was packed very early, so at the delivery time, it degraded its original taste.

location is good. they didnt have any in house restaurant and their cloud kitchen didnt even take orders for tea/ coffee after we checked in saying that some food items are also to be ordered ***** and the waiting time would be pretty long also. The split AC was leaking hell lot of water and after i intimated the same to their manager he sent a guy with a hand towel which was laid below the AC for soaking the water. all we asked for was some big towel to soak the water but the housekeeping guy started giving his weird logic why a big towel wont even help in soaking the water. It was really really a bad experience staying with them. But when i contacted the lady owner of the property then we were offered with another room however when we asked for the same to the hotel manager before complaining to the owner ,he denied it.

The hotel was supposed to be clean, but it was dirty and the washroom did not have any toiletries also, they denied us extra glasses or plates to have food in also

The location was good, the room was not that bad but the food was not good. The staff was good, well mannered. They have to improve the food quality

Parking available but was asked to park the car outside roadside under no parking area. Rooms were filthy and there were insects all over, no running water in washroom, dirty bed sheets and blanket, tv not working an moreover the staff was not courteous at all.
