I stay here because it's close to my office but I found that certain things were not in order during my stay this time. Hair dryer was available but wasn't working. Tea-coffee satchets were there in the room but cups and electric kettle were not available. Cupboard was not clean but dusty. Fan and AC both made a lot of mechanical noise. Billing procedure was not apt. Had to make multiple calls to get a food bill. Breakfast menu was satisfactory.

The stay was comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained and has a nice room with a balcony. The food was amazing with some decent staff. We really enjoyed our stay . Must recommend this property.

The experience was amazing, i have stayed with them earlier too! if you are a solo traveller i will definitely suggest you this place! no judgements, decent staff!

Service quality was average, no such thing as breakfast spread and room were also smelling. They will charge you for basic toiletries as well. Not worth the experience

Good property at prime area but not maintained precisely. Average food quality. Clean and spacious rooms.

All consumables is complementary in across hotels like slipper, dental and saving kits etc. But there was chargeable as asked by resepsnist. I think it is not fair after got the booking. Second they are not providing laundry bill due to given reason of we have not providing this kind of bills.
