Hotel is located in the center of the city. Staff was very nice. Room was quite clean and neat. I’d love to stay here again!

The room air-conditioning was extremely cold during winter, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I had to request a heater; otherwise, the room was freezing. Sleeping was very uncomfortable due to the cold. Breakfast had very limited variety, and the food at the hotel restaurant was not worth eating. I cancelled my 2nd booking and moved to another hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Lemon Tree during our recent 訂房網站 to Gurgaon. It was our very first stay in a Lemon Tree hotel. Its proximity to DLF Cyber City, a short cab ride away, and walkable distance to shopping outlets proved incredibly convenient. Our experience from check in to check out was excellent. All the staff, including the guards, the receptionists, the staff at the restaurant, etc. were very friendly and proactive. The room was clean, though slightly small, and had all the amenities one would require for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay. There were plenty of Indian and western options and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed starting our day with a hot cup of masala tea and paratha, poha, puri or even pongal. The only minor issue was late-night music from a nearby club. This hotel can serve as an excellent choice for business travelers and for guests on a short visit. We would definitely stay here whenever we plan our 訂房網站 to Gurgaon next time.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Good location, cozy room, great price. Will visit again. Lemon tree always guarantee good sleep.
