1, the whole is very poor, 2, the space is very small, bathroom, bathroom, a total of only 13 square meters 3. I checked in with two people, and only provided one set of toiletries. I called the front desk to provide them, and I urged them for seven times before providing them, and I didn't have slippers. 4. Breakfast was inedible, and I didn't eat it. 5, check-in speed is very slow, about 40 minutes, perhaps this is the efficiency of Indians. 6. The overall planning is like a hotel, so it can't be called a hotel.

The room was not clean, and the sheet not changed, suggesting not to go very bad experience. Food had hair on it, and they did nothing about it I want my full refund we booked two rooms very bad experience

Room size is exceptionally small; it's the smallest room I've ever encountered. The check-in process was chaotic due to staff insisting on an additional payment, despite the payment being already completed. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a good variety of options, the staff's attitude was disappointing. When I requested a new plate because my food was cold, the staff member was rude.

While the location of Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 is incredibly convenient, right inside the Good Earth City Centre mall, the rooms left something to be desired. They were quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially for more than one person. Room service, however, was efficient. Orders arrived quickly and the food quality was surprisingly good for a budget-focused hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills stay with easy shopping and dining access, it's decent. However, don't expect spacious accommodations or luxurious amenities.
