The stay was nice, though i stayed only at night time. The property gave balcony room on request for non-smoking rooms. There is a lift available for movement. The bedsheets were a bit burned up due to acts of smokers. They also provided a heat convector on request, due to extreme weather conditions.

We were denied check in and offered a different hotel. I was denied entry to the property and was made to move to a different property, reason they mentioned was they forgot to check we had a booking done that day
