1. *Location*: The hotel is not located in a valley, and the parking area is quite far, requiring you to walk a distance in the rain without an umbrella, getting your clothes wet. 2. *Staff Behavior*: The staff wasn't courteous enough to escort you to your room or provide directions. U have search the room on your own 3. *Room Amenities*: There was no hot water in the room, and the washbasin was broken. 4. *Noise Disturbance*: Despite requests for no disturbances late at night, the staff still rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. ##

Property has very small bath tub(for kids types), also pool was not operational, food was not good, bed was small, at this cost better options are available in gurugram. Not recommended for luxury stay. Corporate people can explore for a night stay.

staff was so rude... in human behaviour by mr amit seth. there were rats ,ants in the room but nobody cared about it.terrible experience and terrible staff.they need to pull up there socks in customer handling.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The service was quite slow, and the room felt smaller than expected. Basic essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste were missing from the washroom, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the pool was well-maintained and definitely the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was nice, though options at the live counter were quite limited. Overall, I’d say it’s an average stay – good for a short visit if you’re not expecting much.
