No ice buckets available, they have started using plastic glasses for in room which has lowered their standard, linen quality has been depleted. They say no directly no alternate options

as per tariff hotel room not good even door not locked properly, while I am going to reception and tell this is problem , manager not respond properly. also I m selected with breakfast tariff ..breakfast also not good

My stay at saltstayz premier was amazing. Being a disabled, i must say that this property is accessible. You don't need any assistance if you have a wheelchair. Staff are also helpful and polite.

The food quality was disappointing. The washroom was small and not well-maintained, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Even the room wasn’t properly cleaned, which affected the comfort of our stay.
