When I reached New Delhi airport and asked for a taxi to this hotel at 23:30 hours, this hotel couldn't be found on the map. The taxi company tried multiple times. I also tried finding them using multiple phones. The location did not come up on the map. Another Fabhotel Gazelle in Sector 38 showed up. We decided to go the that hotel as it was very late and I had two children + two elderly people with me. When we reached the other Fabhotel Gazelle Sector 38, the hotel had rooms but refused me rooms because we hold foreign passport. The hotel does not have required permission to accept guests that do not hold Indian ID. By this time it was 1:10 am in the morning and we were stranded. No where is this mentioned on 訂房網站. When we booked the hotel, they did not check the policy of non-Indian IDs and reserved our rooms. It was a nightmare. Later, I got rude messages from FabHotel Gazelle I employee Atul. He questioned my "behaviour" and said I gave "excuses". He never apologised for the harassment and seemed least bothered about any feedback.  The location and services are terrible. I can't rate cleanliness and facilities because I have never been to the place. Judging from the other Fabhotel at Sector 38, the cleanliness and facilities were perhaps terrible as well.

Hotel is not good for stay. Not clean bed sheets, pillow covers. Broken jet in washroom. Washroom condition is poor. Not recommended.

the room was good nice big bed more space comfortable clean but the staff charged me before check in during my booking period when i checked in at the hotel the staff charged me 300 extra they didnt serve breakfast at 11am they said you are late you have to buy and during check out time no discount was there
