location is very good. Food quality is good and as per price food quantity is also better. amenities and services are excellent. neat and clean properly everything . room cleaning everyday and the staffs behaviour are also good. overall experience is very good.

1. Bedsheets were torn off. 2. Washroom handles were not working properly 3. No water bottles in room 4. Blankets were in bad condition 5. Common washroom door fell off when door was opened

Front office manager kaisher is a wonderful guy. He is very helpful! always a smiling guy and ensured my stay was hassle free. Thanks to him!

Very bad experience, no cleaning. Service team was good but front desk manager was rude. They don’t care about customers much.

Location- hard to find, it's way inside the streets, with water logged in nearby areas due to rain rooms- average, with damp walls in some rooms, ac not functioning in some washroom- average, no exhaust fan ambience- way below the basic standard of gurgaon, some guests were too loud, played loud music with a lot of abusing among themselves, smoke smell in corridors the only good thing- staff was courteous.

Location is easily identifiable but the only thing is street condition is not good. Services provided by hotel and the staffs was really good. Hotel cleanliness is top notch. I would recommend this for those who is looking for best budget hotel.
