Very poor room & improfessional behaviour. Asking for extra money. No car parking available. Smell of cigarettes present in room

Rude behaviour of owner/manager, asked extra money to give same room as shown in booking on makemy訂房網站 or else was giving a low cost different room in their another property.

I was demanded extra amount even if I paid full payment. The place and room was not the same as shown in the display image. The bed sheet and bed was extremely bad and smelling bad. I vacanted the room on the same day and stayed in different hotel. My 5 days booking was waste and no refund provided. It's extremely disappointing and I felt cheated.
