The rooms offer ample space, and the food is not only delicious but also of high quality. I thoroughly relished my experience. However, there was an issue with the toiletries not being adequately stocked, and there were incorrect charges for minibar items that were not actually consumed. This appears to be a lapse in the housekeeping department's attention to detail.

The water kettle was dirty with mud in it and when i they got another that too was dirty. I had to repeatedly ask for it to be changed. No one took ownership and apology. Even after asking for the supervisor he or she did not attend to the matter

Shower does not work properly, hard yo open the main door, they canceled my booking without telling me, as they got wedding group to stay at this property very unprofessional and worst manager

Nowhere looks like radisson property, ac wasn’t working, converted property. Breakfast menu was not up to the mark and was overly bland. Only selected dishes were served with no servers in the restaurant (even tea counter was missing. Don’t gate get fooled by radisson name and search some other property if you want a. Comfortable stay in gurgaon. There are lot of other good properties which you can explore in sector 29

Had a good experience last time i was in gurgaon. The essential services were good as usual. However, it hasn't declared about the unavailability of amenities which are displayed on the make my 訂房網站 portal.

this is the world's worst hotel, the service is pathetic and staff is very bad and have a lot of attitude. they does lot of partiality. i respect food, but the taste is very bad and they don't have lot of options. no handwash, no hot water, no water bottle, no room service

It’s good, better part is, complimentary high tea. This is really mood fresher, and basic amenities like shaving kit is all ready provided. Normally given by on demand
