1. Not able to sleep in the room as the windows were not sealed and the road traffic is all over the night. 2. The bathroom drains, shower were all out of order. Inf-act we have to vacate this room 3. The breakfast was also not up to the mark. The puris wete roasted and full of oil

The spring in the mattress has come out. There was no hot water for bathing. Food quality was more for one person.

The hotel and infrastructure is an excellent. The resturant is wores. Parking also good. People are good. Dont allow to book any food related service through you. They need to improve. The new general manager working towards improvement. But out of 4/10 rating.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, the ambience is also excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, though the bathrooms could be spruced up better. There could be some improvement in the food they serve too, as there are many other hotels in the vicinity which have a better menu. The only problem is the laid back attitude of the staff, they do not care to make us feel more comfortable. Wifi password had to be renewed every day, which is a hassle. When our stay was for 4 days why do we need to renew it everyday. Also the room key doesn't work after 24 hour, again a hassle to keep on reactivating it. I hope the management takes note of this and takes remedial measures.

Great hospitality and very quick check in checkin process, food is excellent i see in so many so called star hotels in guntur doesn’t have people trained to handle customers politely. And cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.
