Cigarette smell all round the room. The worst thing is bathroom flush wasnt working while using. Apart, there is no cold water to bath. Always get hot water.

Management is excellent, took care of all the concerns. I recommend for solo and family stay as well. Room service is good too.

Location of the hotel is accessible. Receptionist and other staff were very much cooperative with us. Not only the receptionist, staff for providing breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks were all responded in time and provided as per our order. Coming to the breakfast/ tea & snacks/ dinner were all delicious.

I was continuously staying here since 2022, found lot of changes in services, need to follow-up for room cleaning for several time. Even breakfast didn't make properly even around 8. 15 am to 8. 30am between. Need to improve the staff skills in terms of respond.

Even after paying for the early check-in they asked me to check out early stating the 24 hr stay policy and room were also not cleaned properly.
