The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous, and the room perfectly matches the description on their website—immaculately clean and comfortable. It's just a 5-minute walk to the ski resort, and the food is not only delicious but also diverse and freshly prepared for every meal. During our stay over Chris**as, the hotel even crafted a special Chris**as menu for us. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I decide to ski at Hirugano Kogen again.
