格林東方酒店(貴陽龍洞堡國際機場店) (GREENTREE EASTERN HOTEL)

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小鎮). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

1.定的大床房 前台還當面確認了 結果一打開門是雙床？ 但已經很晚加上太累了就湊活住了 2.房間和前台不在一棟樓裡 退房要走很久很久 很麻煩 3.沐浴露是空的 太無語了 真是第一次遇到這種情況 廁所換氣不知道是擺設還是壞了反正用不了 4.開發票開的奇慢無比 開發票也不是啥高科技吧 打電話催也沒用 優點就是離T3特別近 直走過個馬路就到了 也不用上下樓梯。但是如果是其他客運大樓和高鐵站地鐵站來的 那就要走很久了很麻煩，晚上路上也沒有燈，沒有任何指示，不太方便找。 如果不是T3落地和起飛不建議住。

호텔이 구이양공항에서 걸어서 3~4분거리에 있습니다. 가까워서 참 좋습니다. 시설은 쾌적하고 조용합니다. 침구류가 깨끗하고 침대가 좋습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 부족하고 매점이 없습니다. 조식은 아쉽지만 형편 없습니다. 가짓수도 부족하고 먹을게 거의 없습니다. 심지어 커피도 없습니다. 조식이 필요없는 분들은 숙소로는 괜찮습니다. 어뎁터가 필요합니다. 호텔에는 변환 어뎁터가 없다고 합니다. 참고하세요.

酒店位置好，房間超級乾淨整潔舒適，前台服務好，早餐非常豐盛，是一次完美的旅途，下次還選擇他們家。

酒店硬件極好，乾淨衞生，前台服務相對不夠熱情親切，距離三號航線很近，走路幾分鐘。 我的房間還可以看到整個機場和飛機起降。 因為是機場邊，會有些人晚來早走，有些吵鬧。

第一次碰到能開重房的酒店，一句對不起完事，客人在前台抽煙也視而不見，餐廳臟亂差，十幾個桌子都不打掃，取餐枱全是灑落食物，八點半還都是員工在吃飯，等我今天住完還有其他差評

首先位置很不錯，就在龍洞堡T3客運大樓對面，步行幾分鐘，對於第二天趕早班機很友好，房間不錯，乾淨整潔，

作為一名一年至少在外住宿一個月的人，這是我第一次給出差評，我不得不説這是一次前所未有的糟糕體驗： 1） 房間衞生不佳：如圖1,2所示，房間內的地毯上有大量的汙垢和明顯的食物殘渣。進一步發現：如圖3,.5可見，房間床上有肉眼可見小蝨子，數量大，明顯來自於房間床品本身，而且一個房間中兩個床均有此現象。根據酒店反饋得知：房間已經做了除蟲，但仍有此現象。因此我對酒店的衞生管理標準存疑。 2）衞生清潔不徹底：酒店對於床上有蟲子的處理辦法是升房。但是升房後，從圖6可見，房間內仍有上一位客人留在房間裡的煙頭未被清理。因此，此酒店的衞生標準差的問題應該不是個例，而是一個整體系統性的問題。 3）酒店管理混亂：我總共入住了兩晚，在第一晚後明確告知酒店房間不需要清理打掃之後，酒店的衞生人員仍然對房間進行了打掃。與酒店溝通得知：酒店前台確實對我的要求進行了備註，但是未被房間清潔人員採納。這暴露出來了酒店內部溝通機製的混亂。 4）酒店房間標準存疑：在酒店房間清潔人員未獲得我許可，對我房間進行“清潔打掃”之後，未對礦泉水等基本設施進行補充，僅僅是清潔垃圾而已。我不理解作為酒店，房間清潔的標準僅僅就是倒個垃圾嗎？ 綜上而言，入住此酒店是一次糟糕的體驗，我認為酒店管理混亂是造成這一切的根源，酒店的衞生標準、內部溝通機製顯然存在著很大的問題。唯一一點好感是酒店工作人認真負責的工作態度，但是結合這次體驗，我還是選擇留下這條評論。如果因為轉機或者遊玩等需求想要考慮此酒店，勸你三思。同等價位，貴陽有很多衞生標準更高，設施更好的酒店。
