Good place to stay in the Algarve – unfortunately we ended up in a 1st floor room (ground level) facing the parking lot. Also the shower hat problems and flooded the entire bathroom and some of the hotel room. They did something to improve, but overall it seemed like bad design and still happened a little bit afterwards. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I wouldn't call it a "Hotel & Spa" though – the spa facilities are quite limited, small and some were even out of order.

房間按照預訂的寫的很清楚備註的是標間，2個單人床，結果到了告訴我沒有房間了，跟她們溝通了很久不處理，她説讓我自己去找同團一行人去換房間，別人的房間是兩張床，別人都住進去了，別人也不願意換，最後告訴我説給我兩個方案，1、給我換小標間房，或者我再加錢給換大一點的標間，然後就不給處理，被這個酒店服務噁心到了，耽誤了我一個多小時時間。

房間寬敞，床褥及枕頭很舒服。可以很好休息。早餐簡單，喜歡有很多不同種類嘅麵包選擇。距離沙灘大概要步行10分鐘很休閒放鬆的酒店。前台服務人員英語水平高合熱心替我們叫的事。

The service was good as the staff were always keen to help. The location is at a walking distance to the Gale beach. However, there were flying ants keeping coming into the room, although hotel helped us to clean up for once.
