Pelayanan oke semua staff termasuk security tegur sapa tiap berpapasan dgn tamu ,,ramah2 semua staff nya sopan ..sb'fast ny enak2 rasanya cuma untuk kue2 ny kurang banyak pilihan ..... Kamar bersih wangi AC dingin sampe kaku badan 😂 kolam renang bersih ada Playground mini dan ada kelinci Ama mancing ikan ... insyaallah next bakal balik lagi klo ke Lembang

Kamar bersih. Sprei dan handuk bersih. Kamar mandi bersih. Ac dan water heater bekerja dengan baik. Kolam renang bersih. Terdapat playground kecil dan ada tempat memberi makan kelinci dan menangkap ikan didekat kolam renang. Untuk memberi makan kelinci dan menangkap ikan bayar seikhlasnya. Menu sarapan cukup bervariatif dan enak. Staff hotel sangat ramah dan helpful. Setiap bertemu dengan staff atau ada keperluan dengan staff hotel, semuanya ramah dan sangat membantu. Twin bed bisa request untuk disatukan. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan farmhouse. Memuaskan menginap disini.

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁
It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

Awal masuk kamar bau lembab,kamar mandi kotor dan bau ga enak , smpai mau check out pun masih bau..kamar mandi redup lampu ga terang..sarapan ga bervariasi menu sedikit,kalo nambah untuk anak rugi 75rb

This hotel doesn't deserve to get the 4 stars hotel title in my opinion. The AC and the Water Heater doesn't work as well. The room and the toilet smell like a ****!

Lighting was very bad especially in the bathroom. Cannot see very well with those lighting. There were also unpleasant smell of mold in the room. But breakfast was good and receptionist also very kind and helpful

The hotel has a good mountain view. Service was good. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't see many people in the restaurant. But the good was quite good. They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair.
