I notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving early, as I had booked and paid for the room for that day. Despite this, and the fact that they lack 24-hour service, they failed to leave a key for us, forcing us to wait outside for five hours until they reopened. Furthermore, the room was disappointing: the lighting was inadequate with only one dim light, the room smelled unpleasant, the cleanliness was poor, and overall the stay was not worth the money.

There were no towels in the room, so I asked the front desk for some. They said they would bring them later, but they never did. There were also two or three pieces of gum stuck to the wall, and the room was not properly cleaned or sanitary. I will not stay here again.
