The location of this hotel is somewhat unclear and difficult to pinpoint, which made arrival a bit challenging. While the room was adequate for an overnight stay, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and it is evident that the property could benefit from more regular maintenance and care. With some improvements, it has the potential to be significantly better. That said, it served its purpose acceptably for a single night.

We stayed in Grand Heritage for one night during a Buss. Trip. Its a nice property with clean rooms. But staff's response time was very slow. Secondly, breakfast was also average and cold food was served even after requests.
