No phone in the room, no geyser facility for bath, third class food, staff behaviour is terrible and very very rude, on reception staff sat in a old and diary clothes. No sense how to talk with customers. I suggest don’t take this hotel even they give big offer. All staff have different words for same thing. Don’t take this hotel room even they offer free.

Property is very tidy, neat and in a quiet environment. Power cut is rare but happens and all amenities are working too. The only issue is sometimes, room service takes a bit time to sort out customer services when requested. I'll give a 7/10 rating.

Even though I had early check in, they charged me 500 extra for it. That too in cash so that there is no record. Rooms were not clean, there were ants everywhere. When I asked them to clean it, they sent a boy who just sprayed HIT all over the room. Room service was very slow. I completed my entire breakfast and still nobody came to give ketchup even after calling them thrice. TV was not working.

Rooms are good but not maintained well, dth not working in any of the rooms since december 2023 staff is coporative but need attention good ac good bed size of the room decent but need maintenance and cleaning

Hotel staff were very kind. You will get complimentary tea in your room. It also had a mini fridge. Very neat and clean room with wifi and netflix with smart tv. Overall best hotel to stay.

No toiletries, weak wifi speed, no bathroom slippers, bathroom water clogging found. No dental kit provided. Inadequate quantity in-room tea was sent. The food quality and taste was good though! not recommended property.

Pathetic service, none of the amenities mentioned during booking is available in the room apart from furniture. Even after complaining and requesting for the same, no action from staff. Worst experience of first day.
