Firstly I chose this hotel on the basis of good ratings and reviews only but as I arrived there and stayed there, I got the reasons for the rating. The hotel was excellent on this price and properly maintained and beautiful. I didn't even faced any type of issue between the duration of check in and check out

Terrible Experience - Hidden Charges and Poor Service I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Be cautious, as they charge unreasonable fees for losing a room card—something not mentioned anywhere in their policies. The services were subpar, and the balcony was poorly maintained. To make matters worse, they seem to charge extra for every small thing, adding unnecessary costs to your stay. I strongly advise others to be aware of these hidden charges and poor service before booking here. Definitely not worth the money! I am having all the proofs of my payment for loosing a room card.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Be cautious, as they charge unreasonable fees for losing a room card—something not mentioned anywhere in their policies. The services were subpar, and the balcony was poorly maintained. To make matters worse, they seem to charge extra for every small thing, adding unnecessary costs to your stay. I strongly advise others to be aware of these hidden charges and poor service before booking here. Definitely not worth the money! I have all the proofs of the same which I have paid. They charged with GST for loosing the card. Not acceptable at all.... Feel free to adjust it further if needed!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at emerald suites, which well exceeded my expectations. The service was great from the minute i arrived. The staff greeted me kindly and made sure the check-in procedure went well. The accommodation was big, clean, and well equipped with modern comforts such as a comfy bed and a generous bathroom stocked with high-end products. I really enjoyed the attention to detail, which included a nice reading corner and thoughtful details like complementary bottled water. The hotel's location was ideal, giving guests convenient access to nearby activities, restaurants, and public transportation. I really appreciated the on-site restaurant, which had a fantastic breakfast buffet. Overall, my time at emerald suites was really pleasurable.

Hotel staff is very humble, polite and helpful. Rooms are good, exterior of hotel is excellent. Best part is that location is not remote but peaceful.

I paid 500 rs extra for the pure booking of breakfast. The staff told me at time of check-in that breakfast timing will be 8 am-10 am but till 8. 45 there was no preparation of the breakfast. Eventually i had to check out without having my breakfast with my money for breakfast going completely waste as i got late for hospital duty. And at the time of check out, the staff at reception didn't even mentioned about me not having breakfast just because of lack of preparation & service from hotel's side. I guess there was no sign of courtesy as well. Regarding the room, it was good with all the basic facilities.

Experience was good but after checking in at 12 noon on 9th august, 2024; due to some medical emergency in my home i have checked out on the same day at 10 pm. So effectively in a 2 days booking i have not utilised even 10 hours of my room. Explaining all these to mmt, you guys still doesn't process a refund for this problem. This is really bad.

The room was good. Staff was very polite as well. The cleanliness and the amenities of the room was also really good. However, reducing 1 rating because of the horrible condition of roads leading to the hotel. It is not the hotel's fault, however, it just hampers the overall experience.
