Services poor, food poor. I booked a double bed room ,one friend visited me for having dinner with me ( and not saying), the hotel charged me 1000 rs extra and then only let her visit my room. Ordered a bottle of water from room service, which was never supplied. I surely wouldn't have booked the hotel had showed these conditions . Food was pathetic and unhealthy. Hotel is good for nothing

Property is very good. Rooms are spacious. Only issue is staff service during breakfast. Even parantha took 20 -25 mins. No tissues on table. Cutlery order on table was wrong. Staff is unavailable. We have to get up to ask coffee, tea anything. Otherwise no issues in room.

Room floor was dirty !! Too much mosquitoes in room !! Menu was over charged ! ! Rupees 550 for a dal tadka was clueless! Rather go for any other hotel but not udman !!

The hotel is good but the management is not upto the mark. They started the drilling process in the morning around 10 am outside of room they given me without any prior notice. I was travel-ling and was tired but wasn’t able to sleep well. Also, called someone to help me with luggage while check out. Waited for 15 mins but nobody showed up.

It was a terrible experience i had forgotten my id, so couldn’t check in later requested for a refund and was denied. So i paid for nothing and now i have to provide you a review
