My room geyser is not working since first day even after notify this to reception multiple times they did nothing and stay quite. Restaurant service who picture the call when you dial 333 is in so much hurry that he never listen you and give you wrong quantity of item you ordered with no spoon, no forks, even some time no plates, no bowl and you have to call again and again for such small things. One day he told me that sir please don't call for plates and spoon i don't have spare staff for room service of these items means better to carry plates, spoon, bowl, etc television remote never work wifi speed is too slow better not to connect. Fishy smell all over the corridors and common toilet and reception area.

The food quality and quantity is degraded they first assigned us a patchetic room when we complained they give us another one but that was ok ok, i used to like this hotel but my prospective is changed now completely

See that is not a hotel actually surrounding is not good ambiance is very poor. But, yes staff is good and food is good this property the amount they are charging for is not upto the mark.

Not a pleasant stay at all. No buffet in breakfast or dinner. Limited items. Small room small washroom. Limited amenities. For towel and for slippers also you have to ask for so many times.
