I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

B&B 라서 그런지 방이 작고 냉장고가 없어서 당황했어요. 근처 공항 기장이나 승무원들이 많이 이용하는거 같고.바로옆에 큰 슈퍼마켓과 그 안에 스시가게가 있어요.카페도 바로 옆에 있고 피자도 1층로비에서 주문할수 있어요.주차장도 넓직하고 새벽안개와 석양뷰가 아릉다웠던 기억이...관광을 위해 시내까지는 차로 15분 정도 가야되요.

Nach einer langer Reise kommt man ins Hotel und möchte einfach nur Problemlos einchecken. Leider war hier nicht der Fall. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte mir knallhart dass es Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen sei und bemüht sicht nicht mal zu erklären wieso. Einfach, trotz Beweis, sagte er anders…. Zum Glück, am nächsten Tag war ein anderer Mitarbeiter und erklärte mir wie und was ist. Danach war die Sache schnell geklärt. Frühstück kostet 12,90€, und dabei gib es keine warme Gerichte (z. B. Würstchen, Eier usw). Nur Brot, Wurst und versch. Süßigkeiten… Gekochte Eier waren kalt!… also besser woanders frühstücken als im Hotel…

環境安靜 但比較像給當地人 駕車的人住 周邊有公車 坐個30-40分鐘 可以到市區。算是便利。旁邊還有超無敵大的BILLA超市廣場 可以好好逛 。

The hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.
