Amazing location inside the Grand Canyon National Park. Walkable to the South Rim. Ice machines are a great plus! The rooms are carpeted and have a strong odor. The AC in our room was loud and did not cool the room well. The rooms could use some updating.

沒有想到在國家公園裡的住宿這麼棒！住在公園裡方便看日出日落。雖然衹留了一晚，但是會推薦給朋友們的！！

Most of all the customer service was average. The front desk does not tell you anything and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The staff in the food court was horrible. The young man at the pizza counter was so high he couldn’t keep his eyes open and tossed our food to us. The room was clean. No microwave. There is no housekeeping. If you need anything you need to call them. They were prompt at delivering more coffee. The canyon made up for the short comings.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for access to Bright Angel Trail, Red bus scenic sites/overlooks, and the Harvey restaurant (good food at a reasonable price - best pot roast ever). Only drawbacks are being on the far west side of the Village and not right on the rim.

房間連住兩晚沒有換毛巾搞衞生，但環境相當好，位置優越，房間設施齊全，最愛小方桌，房間寬敞，乾濕分離的洗漱台和衣帽間

旅舘在國家公園內，離要去看日出日落的point都不遠。房間區域分成很多區，例如: white fir、pine……等區，每區是上下兩層樓的木屋，車子可停在房間前面。Check in建築很大，有紀念品店和各種餐食的店。整體來說，住宿感覺不錯，只有建議至各房間區域的車道上應該有明顯路標，否則天黑時找房間的區域有點挑戰。

美式小木屋，外國人可能比較喜歡，我們還是很不習慣啊。加熱是風加熱，聲音太響，房間比較昏暗，老舊，衞生還可以。這個價格有點不值。
